Welcome to The Constant Hunger. In June 2017, I adopted a vegetarian lifestyle and haven't looked back. I started The Constant Hunger as a way to share the recipes I make. 

All the recipes I make are simple. I stay away from dishes that involve complex execution, too many steps, too many obscure ingredients 'cause I ain't got time for that.

All the recipes I make are affordable. Someone somewhere said that eating vegetarian was expensive. My grocery bills have actually improved. You'll find my recipes come in at under $10 a plate. 

I'm not a culinary professional. I'm a home cook with a huge appetite who loves to make simple, affordable vegetarian dishes.
